Healthy Breakfast Recipes for This Summer


Tired of hearing the avowal, never miss your breakfast? There are enough reasons why you shouldn’t miss one. Your breakfast triggers the metabolism, and this kick starts the day. When you miss the breakfast you tend to eat a lot throughout the day, and again you would start adding to you weight. Got enough on why shouldn’t you forget to eat in the mornings? Chia Pudding :
This is an invigorating dish impeccable for the heat waves. All you need are chia seeds, nut milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cinnamon, and Himalayan salt. Take 2 tsp of chia seeds and 4 ounces of milk. The rest are 1 tsp each, except for cinnamon, which should be ¼ tsp and the salt, of course just a pinch. Combine everything and to add color, garnish with season fruit. Store in a refrigerator and enjoy it for a week.

Yogurt Parfaits :
A great breakfast to soothe your hunger and to hold of the wandering minds of your kids is the parfaits. Simply arrange alternative layers of yogurt and your choice of fruits. Include cereals that are of low sugar value. This stunning breakfast is much recommended for kids.

Salads :
They are not mere snacks, but can be wonderful start of the day foods. Mix, 1 cup of chopped watermelon, with ¼ cup of peeled cucumber. Add ¼ cup of feta cheese and drop 1.4 tsp of lemon juice. Want to rush to work or school, and yet give your system a healthy start? Then top the bagel with bananas. If you like, add some peanut butter. Takes only a little of your time, but appeases taste buds and puts an end to your hunger. Grab them and eat as you move on.

Cottage Cheese Crunch :
This is another grab and go breakfast recipe. Bring in any of your favorite cereal and fruit, and mix with cottage cheese.

Make granola bars with oats and nuts, and when packed tightly in your refrigerator, you can save them for a week. Add bananas to them and a perfect breakfast to take on the move.
