India is such a country which will give you a taste of diversity in any city of this country. There is diversity not only in the culture and languages but also the varied diversification in the food of each city. It is a matter of wonder that each city in India will surprise you with its variety of uniqueness in the entire platter they serve you. This is a matter of fact that people from outside of India gets fond of India to know its culture and all the varieties and spices in the lives of the Indians and that food plays a very important role in that. India is busied with so many cities that whenever you visit this country you will have to plan out the whole trip and find out the ‘things to do’ in this country.
Try out the food first. Basically all Indian food is spicy and has a complete different and divine taste which makes you an addict to such eating habits in India. However, here we chalk out the eight most delicious foods that you dare not miss in almost each city in India.
  • Chola bhature, Delhi: This is the capital city of the country which is the best place to indulge in the street foods of this city. Chola bhature is local food and is undoubtedly extremely delicious. It is basically a Punjabi dish but is very famous in most Indian major cities.
  • Poha-jalebi, Indore: It is the commercial capital and the biggest city of the highly known state as the ‘heart of India’ Madhya Pradesh. Poha jalebi is a specialty of this city and the best part of which is that it is served with sev and nukti and definitely with jalebi.
  • Aloo tikki, Lucknow: This is another most famous dish of this city. This is kind of a street food but it is entirely local and you will find these only on the streets.
  • Litti choka, Patna: A very famous dish of Bihar, Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh. It almost shares the same recipe as that of a dish from Rajasthan. This dish can be the best breakfast, lunch or dinner as well.
  • Vada pav, Mumbai: This is the Indian version of burger. It is a must for any visitor to eat. The localites are entirely crazy on these vada pavs.
  • Kachori, Bikaner: A very prime and royal state of India named Rajasthan deals with delectable cuisine and awesome street foods. Bikaneri kachori is highly famous there.
  • Rolls and misti, Kolkata: Rolls are wrapped up version of fried meatly protein. Kolkata, a place to eat till your eating canal is full specializes in the course of roll making and their most indulging misti like rasgulla and misti doi.
  • Idli sambhar, Chennai: This is a very common breakfast, lunch or dinner for most South Indians. Do not dare to miss any of them!
